5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier, with standard limits up to RM30,000 per transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same Account, or to methods verified through the KYC process. You may not withdraw to a method that belongs to a third party. 5.4 Processing Times

5.5 Currency

The Platform's primary operating currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). 6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.5 Birthday and Loyalty Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited automatically based on the date of birth provided during registration and verified through KYC. Tier-based loyalty bonuses are governed by the celo69 VIP programme terms, which are published separately and incorporated herein by reference. celo69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any loyalty programme benefit at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.

celo69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity associated with the Account.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Legal requirement or order from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method or an agreed alternative, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no fraudulent activity is associated with the Account.
